My husband and I planned a destination wedding with Kristie Paulson and True Bliss Travel. I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy thing to plan on my own, we had five kids/young adults traveling with us ranging in age from 15-23. We had to find somewhere that would accommodate them and what they wanted to do. We also had the additional blessing of many friends and family who wanted to attend. I just couldn’t even imagine planning this for everyone myself. I contacted Kristie and inquired about several locations, told her what we wanted and she took it from there. Not only was I given several options ranging in price from very budget friendly to more luxurious. There was absolutely NO pressure on her end to go with a specific resort. She was very honest and upfront about any selection that I made.
She put me in contact with every single person I needed at the resort to plan our wedding and reception, for excursions, for anything we could possibly need. Upon arrival at the resort we had been given a very beautiful upgraded honeymoon suite and we literally did not HAVE to pay for anything as it was all inclusive and that MEANT all inclusive. We stayed at the Hard Rock Resort in Punta Cana and we went 9/13-9/18/2017. If you recall this was the week smack dab in between two hurricanes. Kristie was on top of it, she had a back up to her back up plan for us and all of our children and guests. We didn’t need it, but I assure you if we did, it would have been handled.
We had a wonderful time at the resort and a beautiful wedding. I could not have planned this trip on my own and I have planned a lot of travel in the past. We will definitely be booking family vacations with Kristie and True Bliss Travel in the future. Thank you again for making our wedding and family vacation truly amazing!!!

Awesome spring break trip to Mexico! Kristie did a fantastic job planning our vacation to the Hard Rock in Riveria Maya! She was very professional and always available. She gave me great information and was open and honest. She was conscious of our budget and helped us get the most for our money. Leaving from Akron/Canton we experienced snow and ice. We missed our connection and Kristie helped secure seats on a later flight. Upon arrival to Mexico our luggage was lost and Kristie was able to contact and update our driver that we would be late. The resort was as amazing as she said it would be! From start to finish Kristie was along the ride with our family. I can’t wait to see what she has on store for our future vacations!!
